We want you to be satisfied with our products. Is a product not what you expected and you want to return it? No problem, you may return an article without giving a reason within 30 days to us.
What are the return conditions?
You can return an item to us within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original box. We therefore recommend to open the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so you can use it to return the order. For orders on www.obelink.nl the following return conditions apply:
- The return takes place within 30 days after purchase.
- Make a return on Obelink through your account or fill in the return form on Obelink.nl.
- You will receive a confirmation of the return with a link to DHL returns page.
- Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories/parts and in the original packaging.
- If a product is damaged or defective, please contact the Obelink customer service so that they can find a solution with you.
- When you return an order, do not forget to add the return form (otherwise your return cannot be processed).
- Always ask for and keep the shipping receipt in case the package is accidentally lost.
If you return an order, which does not meet the above conditions, the order will unfortunately be sent back to you.
Please note that returns are only free if the VAHB return label is used. Costs made for a shipment without a return label will not be reimbursed.
Refund
- The refund will be made after we have received and checked the return.
- Once your return is processed you will receive an email.
- If you return the entire order to us we will also refund any shipping costs paid.
If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, Obelink will refund you the full amount that Obelink received from you. Obelink will pay as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal reached us. Obelink will refund you with the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless something else has been explicitly agreed. Under no circumstances will any costs be charged to you in connection with this payment.

Das Produkt war leider sehr schlecht verpackt: Karton viel zu groß, kein Füllmaterial, Karton stark beschädigt! Habe das Produkt zurück geschickt.
Der Rücksendeprozess war sehr schwierig. Erst durch Hilfe aus dem Hause Obelink ist das letztendlich gelungen. Danke für diese Hilfestellung an Obelink. Eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises ist leider bis heute nicht erfolgt.
