If possible, return the product in its original condition and original packaging. In case of damage caused by the buyer, the return will not be accepted. Returns are possible within 30 days and are free of charge. Report your return by sending an e-mail to [email protected], stating your order number. Pack the article carefully so that it will not be damaged during shipping.
Please note that returns are only free when using PAT Europe's return label.
If you wish to return an order from PAT Europe you can submit a return request via your Obelink account.
If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, Obelink will refund you the full amount that Obelink has received from you. This includes the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a shipping method other than the advantageous standard delivery offered by us). Obelink shall pay you as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we have received your notice of cancellation. Obelink will refund you with the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
