Returning a product is possible within 30 days without giving reasons. You have a reflection period of 30 days. The period of 30 days starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. After the notification that you have canceled your purchase, you still have 30 days to return or hand over the product to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The product to be returned must be returned complete, in good condition, in the original packaging and in a shipping box (if reasonably possible).
To use the free return of your order or part of it, you must register the return.
Send an email to [email protected] stating the order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
You will receive instructions on how you can return the order or part of it free of charge.
We will credit the full purchase price including any standard shipping costs for the forwarding (in case the entire order is returned) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination or revocation of the agreement. However, if Buffalo.nl has not yet received the returned goods, he may wait with paying back until the goods have actually reached him or until the customer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.
